Purpose: To show potential and likely causes of a specific event, attribute or characteristic

Objective:  Describe cause for positive or negative impact to deploy countermeasures (to prevent repeat occurrences) or systems (to enhance and leverage occurrences) for the organization



5-WHY ANALYSIS

Purpose: To demonstrate the power of root cause analysis using the simple tool of asking why

Purpose:  To convey how using a Decision Matrix quantifies decision making criteria to rationalize choices
